本项服务为根据2023年1月17日起按照中国规定规定赴华旅行所需的rtPCR检测服务，包括电子报告，请在当日下午报告发出后，自行打印纸质版。This service is an rtPCR test for travel to China purpose per China government's new regulation starting January 17, 2022, including electronic copy report. Please print a paper copy and bring it to the boarding.

[Important Notice About Test Time and Report Time]

Please reference the test time schedule for the test time.  

• This service is open every Mon - Sat 9:05AM-1PM. 
• The appointed time is for estimate only and is used for organizing the waiting line.  There will likely be a waiting line.  
• Please do not arrive before the appointed time.  We cannot serve you if you arrive before the appointment time.
• Please be sure to arrive before the test closing time.  For the benefits and in-time reports for most people, if you arrive late but within 1 hour later than the test closing time, there will be an additional $300 individual processing fee in order to process your sample the same day.  If you arrive more than 1 hour later than the test closing time, unfortunately we will have to issue the reports to you the next evening instead of the same day.  

The report time:

• Please know the report time of same day (most often between 3-7pm the same day) is estimate only and is not guaranteed.  Actual timeline may vary significantly due to volume and technical reasons.  Under certain circumstances, actual timeline may even be delayed.

COVID-19 rtPCR test is a nucleic acid-based test for SARS-CoV-2. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method is considered the "gold standard" for the detection and is characterized by rapid detection, high sensitivity, and specificity.

Please follow the steps when placing the order:

1. Place the order online. The test time can be reserved is between 9AM- 12:00PM Mon-Sat. 
2. Pre-register the patients.
3. Test at our SFO site, located at 1818 Gilbreth Rd, STE 127, Burlingame CA 94010 at the appointed time. There may be a waiting line.
4. We will send you a diagnostic report the same day (estimate, actual may vary) on the day of the visit!
